"This property is in an excellent position in Mevagissey with wonderful views over the rooftops to the harbour & sea beyond from all the rooms. Very comfortable with everything you need. Finding the property & unloading right outside was so easy but the parking space provided was an absolute concern daily.....trying to avoid damage to tyres on the raised base of the barrier posts in a very tight area was not easy & we only had a small car. "Interestingly Rashliegh drive takes after the original owner of Duporth which is now an aesthetically pleasing development of a new village. No 10 was situated on the 1st floor with all mod con's included and a lovely sea view aspect and balconies to sit out and enjoy a coffee and the ambiance. We totally. The enjoyed our stay including the nice touch of powerful binoculars and will be pleased to stay again when next down in St Austell."

"A beautiful beach is just a 2 min walk away. It is dog friendly, our dog loved it. A fish and chip shop. A couple of shops selling Cornish ice creams. Right next to the coastal path also 5min drive from lost gardens of Heligan. Can’t recommend this place enough. A truly relaxing holiday."
