"Apart from the pillows being too thick, for me. Disabled access not working, and the steep hill, we quite enjoyed our stay. All the staff were so helpful. "Ok overall - building isn't soundproof so had to suffer noise of drunk people outside in the early morning waking me up. Room clean upon check-in, but cleaning chemicals used by housekeeping had very strong smell which made my throat hurt and caused me to sneeze a lot."

"I stayed in a single “cosy” room which was tiny but really comfortable and exactly what I needed. Very clean room and lovely bathroom. I visited the spa which is very nice, breakfast was also lovely. It’s also in a great location right on the seafront and super close to all of the shops and not far from the station. I would stay here again "
