"The property is overall good with perfect cleaniness. The kitchen has everything that is needed. The house is a bit aged (1970s maybe) and renovations are sometimes done without professional help, but everything works and is in good shape. One of the rooms is not really a room ( just a part of the Souterrain with a curtain). The garden is tiny and not really inviting. "Pros: Der Pelletofen im 1. OG ist super. Wenn er heizt, verteilt er die Luft auch in das Bad im EG und in den Fernsehraum im 2. OG. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mit Töpfen, einer Pfanne, Gewürzen(Salz, Pfeffer), Eierkocher, Kaffemaschine, Auflaufform, etc..... Ein rund um sehr gutes Haus. Cons: Der Wasserhan im großen Bad unten, hat nur kaltes Wasster abgegeben. Aber das ist bestimmt kein Normalzustand."
