"Our team had a one day conference in Chicago. Although it was near the highway it wasn't very loud. Decent neighborhood and the good part is that it was near the highway. Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely."

"Relaxing, quiet and clean neighborhood. Love the retro decor. Kitchen is well equipped for those that might want to cook. A few branches were down in backyard, furniture wasn't set out yet such as outdoor dining table and chairs or gazebo, but overall property was in good condition. "We stayed over Mother's Day weekend. It was a lovely house with two large family areas and TVs in every room and access to our streaming apps. We were disappointed the yard was not mowed w/tall weeds. Some of the deck is starting to fall apart. It wasn't suitable for the 3-year-old to run around in. However, the neighbors did say that the landscaping had been kept up last year. But knowing we were coming, it would have been nice to have at least sprayed for the weeds. The sump pump hose has...

"It was a perfect location and plenty of space for family of 8 plus visiting friends. Mike was a great host and we got to enjoy some firewood he had set up for us to have a fire. Highly recommend! The description says 4 bathrooms and there are 3 bathrooms…the only discrepancy."

"Comfy bed in primary room! That is the thing I care most about when renting a vacation rental so when I get a good bed, I like to write about it. This house is pretty good for groups. It would have been nice to have another full-size bathroom but we did ok. The house was very clean. Furniture was comfortable and sufficiently-sized for the number of bedrooms in the home. "Our five day stay was excellent. Description and pictures of the property are accurate and appropriately inviting. Location is very convenient to Geneva and the other fine Fox River towns. Hosts were gracious, responsive and helpful. Bikes in the garage were nice and the screened in porch and backyard sitting area very inviting. We hope to be back next time in town visiting extended family."

The host was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and the check in/check out process was beyond easy. Would recommend 100% and hope to be back again someday!"
