Overall the place was nice and clean,I just did not like the front desk guy was watching me every time I came out to smoke or when I had a friend come see me they stop her and ask her who she there to see,it made her very uncomfortable.

The front desk was very accommodating and provided extra blankets. They honored a deal from other site and the rooms was spacious. The AC worked well. Beds were comfortable and the shower was strong with massage modes. Checkout was a breeze. Would stay again

Excellent Value for Very Good Mid-level Hotel

Very good value! The room was clean, and had all the standard amenities. All the fixtures worked, there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure, bed was comfortable, room was dark at night and quiet, breakfast was good. Passing through the area, I'd gladly choose this Super 8 again!

Awful hotel. Rude and zero care for their customer

Terrible because the booking said go to the Wheeling Area Super 8 and we got charged a no show fee from St. CLAIRSVILLE and they would no refund it. Even though my friend went to the hotel in Wheeling like the email said it was a different Super 8 and neither of the Super 8s cared so we got charged for both hotels. Will never stay at a Super 8 again because of the horrible customer service and lack of care for their customers. 0 star review would be better.

Very good for the price

Aside from someone walking through the halls yelling and slamming doors in the very early morning hours, it was a nice stay at a very reasonable price. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Loves it so much booked it to and fro.

Perfectly distanced between where we needed to go. Very comfortable, clean and pet friendly. Breakfast included was a definite bonus as was the Denny's next door. Only issue was that outdoor doors were not locked.

The bed was too high to get in and out. The sheets only covered me to my waist. There were no cups in the room. I wish there was another chair besides the office chair. There was no clock. Lastly, there was no elevator. But, the room was extremely clean and well kept up. We had a very nice television and the air-conditioner worked very well. The people were very nice and informative to us. We enjoyed our stay minus the problems we had with the beds.

Great price for this hotel! Staff was friendly with easy check in and check out. Breakfast was basic but still good from 6-9. Everything was unplugged when we got to our room but once plugged in eveybit one lamp worked. There was a different smell to the room but it could have been the cleaning products used. Overall pretty good stay for the weekend.

The price was good about this hotel and rooms were pretty clean . Bad …. They speak a foreign language and some hard to understand English . They charged us a security deposit of 50$ for the room that was never said. The sheets had stains on them . Overall wasn’t too happy had to leave a day early was still charged for 2nd day and they didn’t seem to friendly about giving security deposit back . Don’t recommend.
