"This was a great stay over for a short 4 day trip to Syke. The location is excellent with a fantastic view and some good walks nearby. It's also way from the main tourist areas so was a nice secluded spot for a get away. The property has been kept in excellent condition and finished to a high standard so was a delight to stay in. The electric car charger was an added benefit which meant there was no need to go out and about to find a location to charge. The host was great too and sent all in information needed in advance and was quick to respond to any questions we sent through. I'd highly recommend this as a place to stay!"

"This property was exceptional, from the moment we booked until after we checked out. We were a family of 6 - two grandparents, son and daughter in law, and two grandkids. Beautiful location, house was very comfortable and had more than we could have asked for in amenities! Communication with hosts was exceptional and good information provided in the house as well. "This was a nice place to stay, very clean and had everything we needed. We loved how isolated it is, and it had great views of the stars. The description is misleading/wrong though. You do not get a whole cottage to yourself. It it more of a duplex where the host lives on one side of the building. It says to get keys from the neighbor which we assumed was a different house, but its not and the actual neighbor is quite annoyed that people keep showing up asking for keys. So when you show up, you get keys from Bobby who lives in the other section of the building. Bobby was great, but the description needs to be updated. "

Facilities seem complete, with nothing else needed for our stay and the cottage was spotless and warm when we arrived.The entire region is visually stunning. Yoh can see and feel the care and attention that has been put into making it a lovely place to stay.Good location for exploring outer islands ie close to ferry ports. "
