A little tricky to find but a great hotel. Clean rooms and really nice staff. I needed a crib for my room and they were able to easily accommodate it.

I appreciated having dining options (though very limited) on-site, as well as sheltered parking. A/C system is noisy but most hotels are. Information in the room suggested there would be housekeeping service, but there wasn't. Should be clearer on that message.

It stated in the booking that it had a shuttle to the airport. I called to confirm that and when we arrived found out this was not true. We had a lovely view of the air conditioning unit on the roof. Costly but not worth it!!!!!

Only one elevator was working. Mold in the bedroom. Conditioner bottle in bathroom was empty. Couldn’t order Starbucks in the morning, they just set up a coffee bar for self serve with tiny cups and lids that were way too big.

For one they ran my card twice for incidentals $20 one time and $10 the other time I called them and they never called me back to resolve the problem. For the price I paid for the room for one night the showerhead did not work the chairs we’re all ripped apart and it was mildew in the window

Eh, expected better for $300/night

Per usual, I was asked to use a card for incidentals upon checking in even though the room was paid for in advance. When I entered my room and read the "welcome card," I discovered that the guest parking was contracted in the adjacent ramp & the $4 nightly fee would be charged to my card as an incidental fee which I found off-putting. I didn't complain because, after all, it's $4. But, still. C'mon! The room, at a glance, all appeared orderly. When I 1st used the toilet I noticed that there was toilet paper in the water. I dismissed it as a simple house keeping oversight during cleaning. The bedroom television never worked properly. Each channel was pixelated & choppy. The living area TV work perfectly so I simply chose to do all my viewing there since I was staying only one night.

We stayed one night for a concert at the Ledge. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and had lots of space. The room had everything we needed! We would stay again. The front desk could have been friendlier, the ramp was free to park nights and weekends (we stayed a Friday night) but we were still charged to park in the ramp by the hotel. I feel for the price of the room the parking fee should be included.

Convenience over Comfort

Our rooms smelled of either mold or musty/wet smell. Paint spill on the walls. Only 1 garbage can. The carpet was dirty making our shoes, feet, socks black. TVs could be upgraded to smart tvs. We couldnt even watch 20 minutes of a show without the cable digitizing or pausing during it. The issues were brought up to the manager but no refund was offered. We only got an apology. This hotel doesnt offer free breakfast unless its 4 hours past breakfast and they have extra fresh fruit to get rid of.
