"Overall our first family vacation stay was good . The kids enjoyed the pools and me and my spouse enjoyed how spacious our villa was . It was my birthday so the sarcastic remarks I received at checking in I felt were in called for and also where the amenities are and how housekeeping works should be explained bc their was another host explaining to other guest so I can’t be told that it isn’t a thing . Also people on the tops floors should be told to have courtesy for the families underneath them because multiple nights of our stay late at night above us were making lots of noise ."
