"The gym is extremely to small with nowhere close to enough equipment. The doors to the rooms get stuck and are hard to work specially for children. A water line busted and no one notified us we heard about it when we were leaving that morning from guest but assumed it was a different building since we were able to brush our teeth. Found out when we got back it included our room but we found out by trying to shower not from staff. Stood in line for a hour to figure out what to do. Was told to come back after we packed to get new keys. Had to wait yet again then was offered no help. I don’t advise anyone ever stay with this company. "

"I had a great overall stay at Westgate Resort and Spa. The property itself was excellent—the facilities were well maintained, the restaurant was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. There was one hiccup involving tickets that were sold to us for Sea World and Aquatica, where an issue with ticket required us to return to the resort to have it sorted out. Unfortunately, that ended up taking most of our day, which was frustrating. Aside from that inconvenience, everything else about the experience was very positive. One thing to keep in mind for future guests: the timeshare presentation runs significantly longer than expected, so plan accordingly. Overall, despite the setback, we still had a very enjoyable stay."

"This was our second time staying at this property, and it continues to be absolutely amazing. The grounds are clean, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is always spot on. We visited over Easter weekend and decided to try the holiday buffet for the first time—it was fantastic! The hotel also organized an Easter egg hunt for the kids, which was such a cute and fun touch. We also really enjoyed the addition of the DJ this time around. The music was a perfect mix and created a great vibe that wasn't there during our last visit. The kids had the time of their lives at the pool and practically had to be dragged away at the end of the day. However, I do have one "con" to mention: we had to exit the pool twice early in the day due to "accidents" in the water. This resulted in a two-hour wait to get back in. Since it was a hot day and the kids were having so much fun, it was a bit of a letdown to lose that time, but we understand the facility has to follow safety protocols. Despite the pool delay, everything else was wonderful. The property remains a top choice for us, and we loved the energy and the hospitality!"
