"None of the lights worked in the master bedroom. There were two lamps on each side of the bed. There were spotlights on each side of the bed for reading only one of those worked the Spotlight no lighting in the bedroom. I paid for a fireworks you could not see any fireworks they’re covered by the trees when I checked in it took two people to check me in. They looked at me and I said do you really need the room that you reserved? I said yeah and then they went away and then they came back and then they asked me again that I really need that room and then they gave me the room and I didn’t know there was no fireworks for you until 940 at night when the fireworks went off I asked for a refund of the difference of a firework view room versus a regular room and I was declined. I’ll never go to this property again. "

"Excellent!!! Everything was wonderful. The room was comfortable, spacious, very clean and had everything we could imagine. The property was safe, there are several pools, 5 bars, 4 restaurants and shuttle services. Close to all parks and places to eat. We will definitely stay again."

"Check in and out process was smooth. Very secure property no one is allowed on the premises unless they are supposed to be there. Room was very nice."

"Everything was great! Went for a concert at the HOB and it was convenient to have the bus shuttle to Disney Springs. We had to walk back after the concert however because we missed the last bus back to the hotel. But it is still close enough that it wasn’t that bad! This hotel has such great value for all that you get! Will definitely come back!"
