"We had a very pleasant stay at Almost paradise, starting with a wonderful meal cooked with love by Lucinda, our host. We were 3 and the sofa bed was made for the 3rd person and it was very comfortable. There was Mosquito nets but we didn’t felt it was needed. "It was absolutely beautiful. I’ve never left an island feeling this disappointed to leave. I even tried to rebook Bay House for December 2026, but it’s already sold out! I’ll keep checking because I will definitely be back. The staff was incredibly kind, the food was excellent, and the shuttle service to and from the beach was such a great perk. And those views—simply breathtaking. I slept with the curtains open every night and spent hours relaxing on my balcony, taking it all in. The art, architecture, and overall design of the hotel were stunning and added so much to the experience. Bay House is truly a place I would book again and again. If you’re considering a stay, this is a must-book. Ashley L."

"I stayed here for 2 night. It was overall a great experience. It would have been nice to check in at 3 but i didn't get into my room until around 4:30pm. I think the rooms and the dining areas can do an upgrade and revamp in the near future but would still come back and bring my kids.The showers are definitely interesting but an experience as well. The breakfast was amazing but there are many restaurants around the resort for one to find great affordable food."

"This property is amazing. The whole house is beautiful and well appointed with wood accents throughout. We loved the pool. Ursel, the house manager, was only a WhatsApp message away for questions or help. The kitchen was full of pots, pans, utensils, etc, but did not have any spices aside from salt and pepper, which is not a complaint but would want others to know about. We had access to the master bedroom and exterior balconies for elevated seating above the gardens. And while we were only two people, we found it strange the other bedrooms were locked. To those renting this outstanding Villa, be aware it is a3 km drive down a small, tight road through a depressed residential area with the locals watching you as you pass. This didn't bother us, but you should be aware prior to your first drive in order to adapt to the tight road, as well as the pedestrians, animals and parked vehicle traffic. Overall, a great rental."
