"Handy hotel if heading to the airport or the bus into Edinburgh. Good restaurant area with small health club. Lovely Chinese restaurant across the road but be sure to book as it is very popular, room was ok but could do with updating. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant tried to charge more for breakfast than the reception told us on arrival so beware that it’s cheaper to pay for breakfast at reception"

"The location is perfect if you don't want to over pay for your stay and be in old town via tram in 20 minutes , It was very quiet area , right next to transportation to old town, shopping mall right next to the area ,we enjoyed shopping the daily needs with local and very friendly people "

"Great location, but the bathroom wasn’t very clean and there were issues with the hot water. Customer service was good. We only stayed two nights and spent most of our time out exploring, so it wasn’t a huge deal. The small kitchen is cute and the beds are okay."

"The only criticism I have is at the official address is in the rear. So when we first arrived, our Apple Maps app sent us up the street down a side alley to the rear door. Other than that service was good, the pub connected to the lobby was excellent. Just a great experience."
