"The house is practically brand new and beautiful. The layout of the rooms is fantastic. Ideal for our family. The location of the house was superb. However, the directions were not. The instruction "until you see it" is not helpful with no streetlights and early darkness. The people at the pub were able to help us, though. We spent some lovely days here. For a longer stay, however, a few small things would need to be provided: a first-aid kit, oil for squeaky doors, or one or two washing machine capsules. Just minor things to consider given the new condition of the place. We would love to come back."

"Really excellent property. Spotlessly clean and all mod cons. A couple of small niggles. All knives in draw blunt and not really suitable for food preparation. The gate in the wall of the enclosed garden not suitable to keep dog contained. My dog is a Labrador, even he tried to go under the gate. Suggestion would be to perhaps mesh the gate overall to give occupants security for their dog. Otherwise, extremely happy with my stay. Would recommend it to anyone. Great!"

"The hotel is really well placed in the village (of Mickleton, not Chipping Campden), near to shops. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and well priced. We sat in the garden for some drinks in the afternoon, which was really lovely. Comfy room and good clean bathroom. The breakfast was decent. Downsides: it’s an old property, so the stairs are narrow and might be difficult to navigate for guests with physical limitations. We had a really nice stay and would recommend."
