"Great location, large clean rooms, friendly staff, dated with noisy windows. Comfy bed, good shower, excellent WiFi. Close to NEC, train station and airport. "

"The reception staff were excellent, Restaurant staff sadly were absolutely not! I had to leave my table and go to reception to get attention. Sadly the service didn’t get better after my complaint, and I left without pudding or a drink to go to my room with. Biggest issue was the fact there was no hot water at night and only a few second of hot water in the morning. In fact another guest was complaining about this issue too. The maintenance checked the water temperature agreed it was cold! I think it’s rurally unacceptable for hotel not to supply hot water! When I checked out I had to visit a colleagues home to shower before work! Unacceptable! "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, pet friendly, room was clean and basic could of done with new mattresses as could feel springs, bathroom could do with bit revamping as black mould on grouting in shower looked very tired, but I would stay here again no problem great little place "
