Breakfast was fabulous with lots of options! Room was comfy and spacious. Area has lots of shopping and dining options but all the shops close down by 6 so plan accordingly. Staff was very nice.

Breakfast buffet was the best I had in my time in Switzerland, the reception staff were very friendly both arriving and checking out. Right opposite the buses and train station so convenient for exploring further afield. The room was great value with plenty of space, very clean and light, with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Would 100% stay here again!

Great sized room, nice bathroom, nice room amenities. I AR earlier than check-in time but was able to check in. Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Very nice breakfast buffet with hot and cold choices. Just across street from train and bus stations. Convenient walk to everything.

Modern, lovely and family friendly hotel Right across from main station Most places are within walking distance Free coffee and water whole day long in lobby is a nice touch (especially in the cold winter season) Check in and check out was very quick and staff were all very friendly and welcoming Elevators were very new and fast Room was as advertised, spacious and new 2 bathrooms with 1 toilet was clean and modern. Water pressure was good A fridge in room might have been more helpful Beds were very comfortable Sofa bed however needs a mattress change perhaps.. sunken in already 2 TVs (one in bedroom and one in hall) Good selection of English channels Breakfast was the best we have had in Europe Fantastic variety and great food Will definitely stay there if visiting St Gallen again

Lovely stay in St Gallen

Great location opposite the station and a 10 minute walk from the old town. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating in securing us a quiet room. Room was comfortable and clean, with coffee and tea making facilities. Breakfast was also good with a lot of variety.
