This two-story residence with a walkout basement offers stunning views overlooking Hole 1 at The Ledges Golf Club. The furnishings are designed with top-tier upgrades, including flat-screen HDTVs, quartz and granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The open and welcoming floor plan creates a spacious and inviting atmosphere, with quiet and private bedrooms providing a comfortable retreat. Outdoor amenities at "Cairn House 2" include a firepit, gas BBQ grill, and covered patios on both the Main Floor and Walkout Basement, enhancing the overall experience of the home.

Amazing property!

The Carin house is beautiful and we cannot say enough about how much we all enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for golf and hiking. The views from the property were beautiful. We cannot wait to return!

Fantastic home

There are a lot of options in St George and we decided this one would be great for our family. We got there and were blown away with how nice the home was, cleaned perfectly, and the amenities / pool were fantastic. We loved the stay and will be back! This is the best home we’ve rented in St George!

Perfect home for group

We had a group of us traveling for the Ironman race in St George and the house was perfect. We were initially confused over the layout as one of the bedrooms has its own entrance just outside the front door, but otherwise everything was as advertised. The staff was great and house in great condition! We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect and a one minute walk to the front door of The Ledges course. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, as well as the great outdoor fireplace. Each room was very comfortable and so were the living areas. We also utilized the grill outside for a fun steak night! Overall, this was a perfect place to stay and the communication from the owners was top-notch and easy to follow. I'd love to come back!

Beautiful home

This property is beautiful, spacious and exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed the pool very much. Our boys enjoyed each having their own space to sleep. Hoping to come again when the weather permits some golf ⛳️ The views of the course were stunning. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to relax.

Beautiful Home

The home is exactly as pictured, well almost. The putting green in the back is even better. It is now artificial turf with three holes. I vacationed with my family (husband, 3 year old and a five year old) with our friends that have three children ranging from 8-17. This home was perfect. We enjoyed the serenity of our own pool and hot tub and the fact that we were a two minute walk to the restaurant, park, pickle ball courts, etc. All of the furnishings made the home feel cozy and a serious home away from home. Finally, the property manager was extremely attentive and responsive even accommodating an earlier check in so my kiddos could take a nap! I really appreciated that Kimber was available for all of my questions. Would recommend this home

Wonderful family getaway

We brought our entire family of 10; (2 married adult sons, 2 daughter in laws, 2 grandbabies & our 2 teenagers and stayed for 5 glorious days. The 5 Bedrooms 5 Baths gave us plenty of privacy as well as plenty of shared space so all were comfortable. Wish we could have stayed much longer. Such a beautiful and comfortable home. We had an issue with homeowner having a dog and our daughter in law is allergic, but management was quick to work with us and do a deep clean the first afternoon which we really appreciated. Beautifully decorated home with plenty of space and well stocked kitchen. The highlight of our week was the backyard pool and hot tub as well as enjoying our meals on the deck as the sun sets. We love the quiet peaceful location and being away from the center of town. Check in/check out and home instructions were super easy and well organized. We will definitely come back again & highly recommend.

Thanksgiving Extravaganza

The upscale appliances and furniture added a touch of luxury, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The master bathroom was dreamy, and the hot tub was fabulous. The kitchen and dining area were spacious enough for our group of nine, and we never felt crowded. The views were absolutely gorgeous.However, there were a few downsides. The pool was quite cold at 83 degrees, which made it unenjoyable in the mid-60 degree weather. We also ran out of supplies quickly, as we were only provided with six dishwasher pods and six kitchen garbage bags. When we requested more, we were told it would cost $30 for a restock. Additionally, the quality of the paper products was disappointing, as they were thin and not of a recognizable brand.
