Cozy 1-bedroom apartment in St. George with AC, WiFi, BBQ grill and hot tub

Welcome to the Homemade Haven! This one bedroom, one bath apartment is located in the downstairs portion of our home. It is a walkout/daylight unit so you don’t get any basement-y feel. ZERO stairs to access the unit! The entrance is located on the backside of our house so you do have to walk around through the grass but it’s all flat.
The bedroom has one king size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a fan and luggage rack in the closet. There is also a TV with streaming apps. We offer additional beds in the form of air mattresses (twin or queen) and a pack-n-play available upon request that can be set up in either the bedroom or living room.
The living room has a couch with electronic reclining, an additional electric recliner, a coffee table that converts into a desk, and a 55 inch Tv with streaming apps.
The kitchen has everything you need, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink. It is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances.
We provide extra fans and heaters for you to run for temperature control or for white noise since we do live upstairs. There is also an Alexa speaker so you can play music. Wi-Fi is provided.
Parking is in front of our house but street parking is very safe and commonly used in our neighborhood.
There is a patio space for the unit with chairs, a BBQ grill, and hot tub.
Stays of two of more nights enjoy a homemade treat from our home baking business.

I really loved this apartment. It has everything you need from kid’s coloring books to kitchen supplies. It is so spacious and so clean and I loved our personal jacuzzi and garden.

The unit was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to put a way where the bedroom windows could be darkened. The street light doesn’t allow the room to be totally dark.

Great and super convenient

This property was super convenient and quiet despite being near a busy street. The hosts were great and super comminicative. I was given lots of options and the space is much larger than i expected. Would really recommend this unit.

This place is immaculate and cozy. Homemade welcome treats were delicious and inviting... every detail was thought thru! Everything for coffee/beverages and accessories. Filtered water to drink, spices to BBQ with etc. It's the best VRBO experience yet, we highly recommend.

We have stayed at many Vrbos and rate this one among the highest for cleanliness, style, taste, comfort, and location. I would like to rate more than 5 stars. It is much larger than the photos make it look. The bed is extremely comfortable. I am multiple Chemical sensitive and do have some fear when using Vrbos due to use of unknown cleaners and laundry soaps. No problem here as all was not only very clean but safe soaps and cleaners are used. Loved the welcome gift of homemade bread. I highly recommend this Vrbo as we enjoyed our 4 day stay and will keep it on our list if we return this way.
