This smartly designed home maximizes your entertaining capabilities with its 10-foot-tall glass sliding doors that fully open to create a seamless indoor/outdoor experience. To complete the experience, sliding doors from the theater room and owner's suite also open onto the massive covered patio.

The fully equipped kitchen is one any executive chef would appreciate, with high-end appliances, two dishwashers and a drinking fountain. The pool is a kids dream, with a slide and diving platform that goes into the 9-foot-deep end. On the opposite end is the hot tub and a full-size pickleball court with a basketball hoop. The outdoor grill has a built-in fridge and freezer, and the 8-foot fire pit can easily entertain your entire group. Take the spiral staircase up to the sky deck and enjoy the rooftop fire pit and 360-degree views and sunsets over Snow Canyon State Park. Aside from the rooftop, the entire home is a single level.

With 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, this home sleeps up to 20 people comfortably. The bunk room includes six full size beds and a bathroom. Every square inch of this home is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs in every room. Each TV is equipped with cable including ESPN, Apple TV, the Peloton fitness app and smart tv capabilities. The laundry room features double stacked washers and dryers and a central vacuum. Sonos speakers are throughout the home. There is a two-car garage as well as a 37-foot deep RV garage that has a 220 power hook-up for RVs and electric vehicles.

This house was amazing, it has so many amenities that entertained everyone! Theater room, fire place outside for s’mores, pool, sports court, when we weren’t out and around St George it was like we were at a resort! Would stay here again, no questions asked! There are tons of beds and space for even the largest families and groups!! Booking was easy and very informative, it was a very simple experience.
