  • Come stay in sunny St. George, enjoy the spectacular views of the Red Cliffs and Snow Canyon from the balcony. When you stay here it is much more than a hotel room. This condo features a comfortable king size bed and Queen sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, which you can enjoy indoors or out on the balcony, a washer/dryer, and two flat screen TV's with DVD player.
    Also included is access to Las Palmas Spa which includes 3 outdoor pools and one indoor pool, exercise facilities, basketball court and pickle ball court.

Great stay at Las Palmas

Stayed here while volunteering for Huntsman Senior Games. Location is perfect. Since it was crowded, it was nice to be able to park in front of garage and have guaranteed spot. Loved the pool right across the building (at clubhouse), which also had a good gym. The kitchen had everything you would need (electric kettle, lots of dishes, plus syran wrap, foil and spices). Big bathroom with lots of towels. Favorite part was the balcony that faced north. Great view and wonderful place to eat dinner or have a drink. Host was very responsive when we have a few basic questions.

Expensive cleaning fees with lots of chores.

Bed was comfy and it’s at a great location. Lots of room for a one bedroom. Great views of snow canyon and the red rocks. But, with how much the cleaning fees were there was a lot of chores. For that price I would expect to take out the trash and turn off the lights.

The owner communicated with us quickly once we reserved our place. Later we had a question and they responded w/in 30 minutes. The A/C worked so well. Our place stayed cool the whole time. Nice bed. Huge bathroom. Kitchen had everything that we needed. This time we didn't use the pools but we have before. The pools, hot tubs, pickle ball courts and basketball courts are great. We love to stay here. Located close to Tuacahn. Also only a few minutes from the interstate. Very close to Tifiny's crepes! Perfect place for our weekend get away.

Convenient and clean condo

We stayed at Agnes' condo for a few nights while in St George. The condo is conveniently located - not far from "downtown" St George and short easy trip to Zion and Sand Hallow for golfing. The condo is a great size for 2 people and very clean. The only negative - which wasn't a big deal - was since it is located near the elevator, there can be a lot of noise in the mornings when people (kids) are headed out for the day. However, the bedroom is in the back so we didn't hear any of that until we were in the front of the condo. Not much that can be done about that and it was also really conveinet to be that close to the elevator for loading/unloading. Agnes was very responsive when I reached out with questions about the area. Would recommend and return.
