Excellent amenities. Very clean rooms

Property was just as expected but MUCH more! Staff messaged before we arrived to ensure all was prepared for our 2 day stay. Property provided things for breakfast and the most elaborate selection of coffee pods. You could see everything was strategically thought out down to the little extra tooth brushes and shaving kit. The property also had a small playground and laundry facilities. Simply lovely to see the amazing hospitality that Zion Oasis’ possessed. Property was a 20 minute drive to...

The Riv was a beautiful, quiet spot with great views. I could tell everything in the space was well thought through and intentional. We split our time at Zion between the Riv and another hotel closer to Springdale and I found myself missing the private setting of the Riv. Their customer service is wonderful and Melissa was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the Riv!

I’ve never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before, but this place makes me want to stay at more. My teenage son and I stayed here as our base for going to Zion NP and we both loved it. The room, bed, and private bathroom were all amazingly spacious and comfortable. We even had a private deck from which we could watch the sunrise peek into the canyon, as well as allow us to dry our wet items from our day in the Narrows. I cannot state this emphatically enough - the breakfast for both days we were...

The property was beautiful. Fully stocked with items needed and very clean. I would look forward to returning.

Lafave is great! Cleanliness, location and the amenities offered is second to none. Will stay here again.

Fantastic experience!

Amazing resort with a hidden gem of a spa! Beautiful and the best place to stay to get easy entrance to Zion. We don’t have kids but there’s lots of space for them to play, run around, as well as a pool. If it’s available - book it!

This hotel right outside of Zion National Park is fabulous. Rooms are spacious with small kitchen setups and nice views of the Virgin River and the natural wonders surrounding Zion. Great location near the park entrance and central to the heart of the town with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The best feature of this hotel is the pool area. The pool and hot tub are surrounded by a spacious deck with ample lounge chairs and table seating if you want to get take out from one of the...

Excellent amenities with the pool, hot tub, and breakfast. Clean and very friendly staff - especially Jacob at breakfast!

Everything was wonderful except no dining nor stores nearby for groceries or necessities

No breakfast. Clean. Drinking water and ice are conveniently offered on the ground floor. Quiet. Free coffee and hot cocoa powder.

It was an excellent place to stay!

This was our second time at the Novel House Inn. The rooms are wonderful. Themed by a famous literary author. Each one cozy and comfortable. Every amenity you could need. Location is close to many restaurants and shops. 15 minute walk to the park or you can take the free shuttle. Friendly host and staff. Highly recommend.

This was by far the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at! Everything was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I had a great stay and would absolutely recommend it!

Very nice hotel!
