Immaculate Completely Remodeled with Open Floor Plan, Beautiful Furnishings

Beautiful, Brand new, Completely remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo with unique, eclectic, new furnishings. 750 Square Feet. Open floor plan, with large great room. Granite Counter tops. This unit is located in Sports Village. Located near Green Valley and Las Palmas. Just a few steps away are two amazing pools/jacuzzis. Just adjacent to the condo is the infamous Green Valley Resort. Amenities include: 3 tennis courts, 2 racquet ball courts, basketball court, kids playground, miniature golf, air hockey, foosball, ping pong, pool table and exercise room. Free WiFi. Covered Private Deck with BBQ and seating.

The master bedroom has a king bed with brand new pillow top mattress, tiled shower, and flat screen TV.
The second bedroom has a Full over Full sized bunk beds, along with a twin trundle .It has a 43' TV and is decorated with a Star Wars theme. Fun for kids of all ages.

All brand new mattresses and bedding for your ultimate comfort.

There are 2 Bathrooms.

The family room has 2 large couches. There is plenty of seating for family movie night gatherings. The entertainment center boast a 60' flat screen with DVD. Adjacent to the family room is a dining and bar and table area that seats up to 7 people comfortably. There is a brand new Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

For those of you who are outdoor enthusiast, there are are hiking, biking, and running trails within walking distance. 11 golf courses within 10 minutes of condominium! (several within five minutes!), Mesquite is right around the corner only 35 minutes with more golf courses and great casinos with fantastic buffets, and for you nature lovers, Zions Park and Bryce Canyon National Parks, Grand Staircase, Great Basin National Park, Lake Powell, and the Grand Canyon are all within one-half day travel/fun!

This is a great place to chill and make dinners. The host was amazing and very responsive. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. All of the cute and modern remodels were very inviting and made us feel like we were home. Fun clubhouse with lots to do!

Close to pickleball venue

We had a wonderful stay, close to where we were playing in a pickleball tournament. Quick drive to Zion for hiking. Great location and lovely condo!

Perfect place for our week in st george

My wife and I and our four kids stayed here for five nights while visiting on spring break. This was a perfect jumping off point for all the activities in and around at George. Very clean and well decorated.

Loved this place

Everything was great. Nice having hot tub across the street. Such a cute decor and having a few staples in the pantry is always a nice touch. The view was great too.

Family trip to Zion

We stayed in St George to be close to Zion National Park. We loved the town! The condo was a great location close to lots of restaurants. We had everything thing we needed, plenty of extra blankets, towels, fully equipped kitchen, nice updated bathrooms. We really enjoyed the bonus pool, hot tub, and basketball courts. Tennis courts were closed but will be open mid April.

First Trip to Utah

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and the host was very prompt and courteous. The location and the amenities of the property were fabulous and convenient. I’d definitely stay here again…..maybe on our next “Zion adventure”!

Great Family Friendly Home

We had a wonderful time staying. Any and all kitchen items you could need to cook with can be found in the kitchen. The pool was great and a short walk from the house! The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean! Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area!

We are so happy with our stay. The condo was exceptionally clean and decorated so cute! It was perfect for our little family getaway. Great location as well. Super easy to get wherever we were going in St. George. We loved the little personal touches that made us feel just like home. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Stay!

We got there pretty late - Detailed instructions to find it really helped. Walking in smell was CLEAN! And we never heard a peep from anyone! So quiet, safe area. short drive to grocery stores, etc.

We appreciate having a small garage to put our electric bikes in. Liked the floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The condo was decorated very cute and everything was in working condition. The only thing I disliked was it was an end unit and by a road. If you’re a light sleeper you can hear the traffic. We would stay here again!

Great place

We were in town for a big band competition and this fit our needs well. It was a little farther from the places we needed to go and from stores than I thought it would be, but overalI a good location with nice amenities. My kids loved the pool and other activities at the clubhouse, but my kids were hummed none of the bikes in the garage were rideable. Beds were firmer than I'm used to, but still comfortable and we slept well. Toni was responsive on the 2 little issues we had and we would stay here again.

Great location and everything you need

I would highly recommend this unit. It has been thoughtfully stocked and planned out and has everything you need. I really do appreciate when owners take the time to ensure you have everything you need, just like you would in your own home. And like have they label all the shelves so you know where to put back everything. Location is great and you can ride to the mountain bike trails from the unit. We'll return for sure.

Mostly good

Everything you need is provided in a small space. There were a few issues that I relayed to the property manager. Most were minor, but a running toilet, flapper valve, was annoying, no clean water filter in the fridge. Patio is nice but hard to access, the patio door is very stiff, and hard to move, patio furniture is metal and very uncomfortable. The view was great, everything is there, just well used. Most were Minnie but really seed

Great Condo, Quiet Location

Pros: The condo was exactly as listed/shown in photos. It was well decorated, in a great (and quiet) location that was easy to access. Parking was convenient. Kitchen was tiny but well equipped to make a meal. Complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. Close to pool, clubhouse, tennis, although we did not use the amenities. Plenty of blankets, towels, pillows. Cons: We had a couple minor issues. Wi-fi was very slow and we had to reset the router. We had issues with the main living room tv and master bedroom tv. Resetting the fire sticks worked for one but not the other. We woke up one morning to no running water. There was a contractor working at the next condo over and he had turned the main water valve off (no fault of the owner), but it was an inconvenience to be without water to shower in the morning. Overall, we thought it was a great condo and we will not hesitate to stay there again when we come back to the area.

Perfect for us

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We were gone exploring most of the days, but it was nice having breakfast and dinner there. We really enjoyed the patio and the great views.
