Property was clean and quiet and family friendly. Having the deep outdoor heated pool was a big attraction for everyone visiting. Plenty of space in our unit for my daughter and me. A definite suggested improvement would be a laundry room in the pool/gym/clubhouse area. being able to do a load of laundry while soaking in the hot tub would be great. The pool and hot tub definitely needed to be properly cleaned. The scum on the pool tile was obvious. dumping chlorine in will never clean this off a pool. It needs to be properly scrubbed off. The indoor pool roof was in disrepair and looks to have been neglected for a while. The sky light equipment was obviously broken with pieces hanging down. None of this is St Georges Rentals problem but the HOA that runs the entire place.

This was a great place to stay for the price! As a single mom wanting to go visit my dad in the area this is the perfect place to make it affordable and fun! My son and his friend very much enjoyed playing in the pool. Some of the pools are a little chilly, but we found one that fit our needs the best and it was a great temperature. I would definitely stay here again and am recommending it to family members that will be visiting the area. The host was absolutely great! The place was clean. Highly recommend!

The location of this unit is a definite plus!!! We are both in our 70's and the short walk to the pool area & parking was a plus. Our host was very helpful and replied in a timely manner. However, this unit needs some serious updating, the living room furniture is worn out, dirty and smelly. (Even holes in the sofa) I covered it with a throw so that we could sit on it. The carpet is the same, simply worn out, it needs to be replaced. The traffic areas around the kitchen and living room were dirty. One bed was ok but the 2nd one matched the worn out furniture, it needs to be replaced. There are no dressers for clothing, even a small one in the closet would have been helpful.The kitchen had the bear minimum (pans were in terrible shape & none of the lids fit anything). The bathroom was no exception, get rid of all the mirrors and old tub and put in a walk in shower and an adult size toilet. Many of the renters are older it needs to be safer and more senior friendly. This unit provided a roof over our heads, however everything in it is old and worn out. As for the pools and etc...it was advertised that the inside pool/hot tubes were heated year around, we found that to be a problem, out of the 8 weeks that we stayed there were a number of days that the pools & hot tubs were cold. As for rating 1-5 I could only give this unit a 2. We did enjoy the St George area, plenty to see and do!

The lighting was a problem. There wasn’t lighting on both sides of the bed to read by. There was an overhead lighting above the dining room table. Light switches were connected to lamps in the corners, but that was confusing which switch went to what. Outlets were loose and your devices would not charge.

Decent for the price! Several things were broken up or a little dirty, but the couches/beds were comfortable. Thermostat and refrigerator worked great. I really appreciated the paper towels, garbage bags, and cleaning wipes that were left in supply so we could keep things clean.

The room has a stink. Something rancid in the kitchen area but you don't notice it after about 10 minutes. The bedrooms and beds are kind of small ( full mattresses)

Family Reunion

Several relatives also rented places in Las Palmas. I thought I might have a couple family members stay with me but I ended up being there alone.The property was as advertised and was fine. However, since you asked, it looked like it was decorated in the 70's. Shag carpet and heavy, earth-toned furnishings. The bathroom counter was strangely low. The toilet paper holder was at an impossible-to-reach-angle. Again, I was fine and the place was clean and wonderfully located for pool/clubhouse access. I thought the washer/dryer was a nice plus.

Family visit

We weren’t at the rooms very much but they were clean, big rooms, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Just what we wanted. We came down to visit with family and enjoy the sun, vacation accomplished!

The place is really nice. It was clean and comfortable. The pillows are firmer than i like but that is just a preference. Still a 5-star stay.

Family stay for the Ironman 70.3 Worlds

Spacious, comfortable living areas and bathroom, bedrooms on the small side. Large wardrobe spaces but could do with some more drawers for clothes. Excellent location and access to swimming pools, games room and hot tubs. Kids in heaven.

Extremely Outdated/Not Accurate Listing

I felt that I stepped right back into the early '90s when we walked in the door. Place is in dire need of an update/remodel. 50% of the wall outlets were so worn we could not plug our phone chargers into them and they stay/charge without holding the cube with our hands in place. There is a Roku in each room and living room but it has limited channels and no access to local channels for weather updates. The Roku in the living room was missing its power cord, we used a cord from one of the bedrooms. The listings shows a futon coach, which we were going to use as a bed, but it has been replaced with a '90's love seat. overall, it was okay for a quick stay but we will not book this unit again. The unit was very clean though. NEEDS UPDATED and $15 digital antenna added to the living room TV to get local channels (weather/news).

St. George - Las Palmas 1610

We found this condo to be very attractive and comfortable. The toaster did not work...I hope they get it fixed for the next renters. We think 4:00 is too late for check-in. Why not let people in at 2:00 or at least 3:00 as long as the housekeepers have finished their cleaning?

Las Palmas is great

Loved Las Palmas, condo is dated but adequate and the price was better than most comparable 2 BR condos. Everything worked and the condo is very close to the clubhouse/pool area.
