The large dining areas and kitchen island make it easy to get the group fed while the large sliding doors allow the party to seamlessly transition to the outdoor pool / hot tub area. The sun shelf is convenient for little ones who can’t yet swim or for adults who want to simply lounge in the pool and soak up the Southern Utah sunshine.

The second floor gathering area offers three massive HDTV’s where groups can relax on the plushy couch to relax after a sun-filled day or play a game of ping pong or a board game.
