If you have any other choice, make it. We were checked into a room where the cleaning staff had completely forgotten to clean or stock the bathroom; toothpaste and spit in the sink, dirty toilet, no towels or soap or anything…I’d go into the remainder of the unpleasant experience, but it’s not worth the time it would take.

Horrible experience. Rooms are filthy. Staff is less than helpful. The room they put me in had blood drips on the floor, food smeared on the desk, dirt on the stained linen, broken bed, pubic hair on the nightstand and the shower was gross. I requested a new room, they said they were all full. I asked them to properly clean the room. A guy came with a razor blade and a bottle of Pledge. I showed him the linen and he left. He came back with another room. The second room was equally as filthy. There was as a used bar of soap in the shower. The toilet was gross, there was semen on the wall next to the pillow I see as expected to sleep on, there were pubic hairs in the sheets, and the sink was gross. I asked for a refund. They told me to contact Expedia. Expedia called them, they refused the refund. I left. I ended up sleeping in my car at a gas station. I contacted corporate. They have been giving me the runaround. Patrons beware. This place is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

It was conveniently located and low price which i liked bc I needed a place to stay overnight while car was serviced. First room smelled funky and clerk reassigned me another room which was fine. Overall it was par for the rate. I appreciate that.

This was by far the most unimaginably terrible hotel experience. The whole place was shabby, the room was small and dingy, the shower was filthy and the towels were nasty. I sent my husband to the store to buy shampoo because there wasn’t any offered and some towels. We tried to get some sleep, but there was a large and noisy party happening right outside our room. After 2 hours we packed up and left and stayed somewhere else.

Front office staff were very nice. There is no way to make up for the condition of the room. One of the beds must of had broken springs, every movement was a nightmare ( room 205). The bed covering had so many stains and holes, (cigarettes? Although a non smoking room) nice that is dog friendly. For the price, over $200, would never stay there again.

The room was horrifically dirty. Everything was stinky. The door barely shut. Property super loud. I ended up needing to go to pick up Clorox wipes and new pillows and pillowcases in order to make the stay tolerable for one night. We checked out very early the next morning as we were so uncomfortable in this property

First they gave us a room that wasn't cleaned and later I asked for another room. A new room was assigned but it was also not good, there are stains on the bedsheets and seems not cleaned. Also the room smelled bad.
