The front desk agent was not at front desk but eating lunch with his girlfriend in a public area and was annoyed I interrupted them! I went to hot tub and water was freezing. I went to front desk and no one was there for over an hour to tell them about the hot tub. I was told I would have a quiet room and put on 3rd floor then they put a family with 3 screaming kids across from me! I changed for dinner and went out to meet a friend and the front desk agent again not at front desk but in the back room came out and tried to argue with me that the hot tub is fine??? Its a freezing cold tub actually. Service level was not there at all and the only reason I booked this hotel was because of the hot tub! So not impressed! Bad service. I would never recommend anyone ever staying here. So disappointing. On the upside the room was clean and really nice, but the front desk person made the experience terrible!

Check-in was nice, and it's great they take dogs for a reasonable price. The room seemed nice...until the roaches crawled out all over the kitchen counter in the morning when I went to make coffee. I didn't have any food in the room, and I was pretty grossed out. Big ones, little ones. They were all over. I packed up and left (1 night stay), and told the staff at the front desk. She said, "Uh oh," and asked me what room I was in. That was it. No, "I'm so sorry," or "Let me tell management," or anything. Just, "Uh oh." Started out great. Finished awful.

This hotel is reasonably priced. Others enjoyed pool but I did not use it. No kitchenware in the "kitchen" but the fridge, toaster and coffee maker all worked. And no breakfast, so I bought some english muffins and some butter and made my own. Recommended but bring your own cookware. Next door is a decent burger joint.
