Check in was efficient, parking convenient, rooms older but presentable and clean. I was concerned on pulling up as it appeared to be abandoned with tall grass outside parking lot and a deterated entrance sign. Breakfast was simple but just enough for light breakfast. Parking was simple, lot was plenty big enough. AC worked and bed was comfortable. Felt the hotel was good for the cost. Breakfast was literally 2 choices of cereal and the standard make your own waffle. I am fine with waffles but felt it worth mentioning.

Place was really good for the pricing that was paid. Rooms a little dated, but not to the point where they were not clean. AC worked very well and the check-in process was excellent. Parking was convenient and safe. Perfect spot for a break from the road and a good night sleep

Quick one nighter on a road trip. The place was pretty on the outside, it was filthy on the inside. Beds were comfortable. Bugs dead and alive, dirty fingerprints on everything, is definitely a hub for the homeless in thus small community. Absolutely nothing around besides a Pilot with attached Wendy's.

Here at the peach tree in the employees really do their best to keep it nice and clean. The service is always welcoming and the manager is a really great guy. The area is quiet and out of the way with a pilot and wendys across the street and an emmarket with a subway. Very convenient location if you're looking for a cheaper stay.

Beds are not the best.... Huge gap between the headboard and the mattress, and they only give you two tiny pillows that fall right into the gap. I had to shove my duffle bag and the duvet cover into the gap to prop up my tiny pillow. you can feel the springs in the bed. BUT!! IT WAS CLEAN!
