Introducing Poolside Perfection, a 2,692 sq foot luxury villa boasting 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, designed to create magical memories with family and friends. This villa offers spectacular views of the 9th green from a private balcony and a large 2nd story patio overlooking the heated pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts. The contemporary design includes flat-screen HDTVs in every room, granite countertops, water conditioning, and filtration systems, as well as stainless steel appliances.

The spacious floor plan features two master suites with king beds, two bedrooms with two queen beds each, and options for additional sleeping arrangements, accommodating groups of up to 14. Two family rooms, each equipped with 4K TVs, Dish Network & New Hopper 3 system with Top 200 package, including Golf Channel, and Blu-Ray players, provide ample entertainment options for your entire group.

Booking Poolside Perfection together with Sunrise on the 9th, which includes 7 luxurious bedrooms and a loft, allows you to enjoy a 10% discount. Best place ever

We stayed at the same “poolside perfection”three years ago and loved it then and loved it last week. They are so well-stocked, bedding is great, close to the pool, close to the pickle ball courts, everything was fantastic.

Great location near the amenities without lots of noise

This was our second trip to this home. We loved sitting on the upstairs patio watching kids play in the pool and on the pickle ball courts. We really appreciated being so close, and we’re pleasantly surprised that we heard almost no noise from the pool and courts. Overall a fantastic stay, will stay again.

Perfect place for a team

Beautiful resort with awesome properties! We stayed in a 4 bedroom with 6 beds for 6 guys!! 2 rooms where king beds, 2 other rooms with 2 queen beds!! Truly a home away from home with all the amenities plus more!! We will be staying here again next year!!

Poolside Perfection is accurate!!

This place couldn't be in a better location with the pool right outside the front door. Very spacious layout and kept in great condition. The deck overlooking the pool was amazing at sunset and overall was a great place to spend Memorial Day weekend! I would definitley stay here again. Thanks!

My new favorite

We've stayed at Ledges twice now and have had consistently good service from the property management company. The location next to Ledges Golf and Snow Canyon cannot be beat. Really love the pool and hot tub, and spent a lot of time on the pickleball courts. Cannot wait to return.

Poolside Perfect

We love this house. It was perfect! My favorite part was sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool with Snow Canyon in the background and watching the moon set, then star gazing. The house was super clean, very quiet, the kitchen had every thing we needed to cook with, and very comfortable. We will definitely choose to stay here again.

Best View/Location at the Ledges

This is our second time staying at this property. I checked every property available and this one has the best views! I love being located right across from the pool. LOVE the beds and sheets...super soft and comfy. The ONLY recommendation is for the pool... get more layout chairs. We always had a place to sit , but some people didn’t .
