The Great Escape is a beautiful 1,812 sq foot home with 4 bedrooms that is across the street from the neighborhood pool, hot tub & pickleball courts. This luxury villa is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite counter-tops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor-plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private.

Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in the family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and repelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Great home and amneties

We really enjoyed staying at the home. It was very modern and clean. There was a large swimming pool, very large hot tub and pickleball courts very close by. We will stay here again the next time we are in St. George.

Beautiful place!!

Staying at the Ledges was a great choice for our family of 8(2 grown daughters & husbands, 2 teenage sons)! This 4-bedroom condo was spacious, clean and felt very new! We loved having the pool and pickle ball so close. The whole experience was terrific! I highly recommend staying here!

Rugby tournament

We had a great time. We have stayed in this development a few different times and love how clean and new they are. They have a great floor plan and a very quiet neighborhood. This will continue to be our St. George getaway.

Mountain Biking Getaway

This place is amazing! It was a fantastic location for mountain biking and the property was beautiful. It was the perfect place for a getaway with friends to celebrate Birthdays. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace for sunset views and the hot tub for relaxing. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. I would definitely stay here again. It really made our vacation incredible!

Great getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Ledges! The property was well kept and provided lots of room. Dan handle any questions quickly. The roof top patio was a nice place to relax. Had fun playing pickle ball and swimming at the pool. We will stay there again when we come back to St. George

The house itself was great. A little out of the city but not too far. My only complaint is that the pool was not heated and the hot tub smelled and turned green on our 3rd day there. Having the facilities so close to the house was great! Clean house and easy to book!

A great getaway

This unit was a great fit for our family. The Pickleball courts and pool are steps away. This made it easy for trips back and forth with kids and gear. We really liked the ledges location. Being removed from the traffic and bustle of St. George was a plus. We will be stay here again.

Weekend stay in St. George, Utah

Property was wonderful and we would stay there again. We were not aware that the Iron Man competition was going completely shut down the access road on the Saturday of our stay. I think the City needs to rethink the route for this event and how it will impact the non-participating public.
