Welcome to Salty Sink-Inn!

Nestled in a golf cart-friendly neighborhood within the Gulf Beaches area, this newly constructed retreat has everything you need for your next vacation. Step inside the open living/dining/kitchen area to cook, dine, and unwind with loved ones. Just beyond the living room, you'll find a convenient hall bathroom with a combination tub and shower, plus a bunk bedroom that's perfect for the kiddos. At the end of the hall is the laundry room and two King bedrooms: one of which is a King Master suite complete with a private bathroom. Both King bedrooms access a covered, furnished deck where you can listen to the soothing sounds of the waves crashing on a quiet evening.

For entertainment, each bedroom comes equipped with a Smart TV for streaming all of your favorite shows. With two King beds, a double bunk bed, and a single bunk bed, this lovely home can comfortably sleep up to 9 guests. Plus, your four-legged friends can join in on the fun! One medium-sized dog is welcome with prior approval for a $150 + tax pet fee.

Chill out in the large, shaded area underneath the home, an ideal spot for the little ones to play out of the sun or to park your boat after a day of adventures. Outdoor amenities also include a Weber kettle grill and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Speaking of the beach, access is a breeze! A nearby community beach boardwalk is just a 1-minute drive or a 4-minute stroll from your doorstep. When it comes to dining and shopping, you’re just a quick 3-minute drive or a leisurely 6-minute bike ride from the heart of St. George Island.

Cruise along the bike path to explore the public beach or head to Lighthouse Park, where you can shoot some hoops on the basketball court or enjoy a match on the newly constructed pickleball court! Don’t miss the chance to climb the St. George Light for a breathtaking bird’s eye view of SGI!

Clean, Neat & Comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is well equipped with everything needed for a family to enjoy their vacation. It is spacious and comfortable. A couple of features that were nice were the whole house filter system and the wall of windows overlooking a wooded lot in the living room.
