"The beach is the only thing that makes the place worth it, floors are filthy bathrooms not cleaned. Specially bathroom floor looked like it had never been cleaned. Stove didn’t work was not able to cook in it after buying food to cook had to eat out."

Also near rental fun (golf carts, bikes and kayaks) The beach side decks were perfect for coffee and cocktails! Included beach amenities under the beach house were very nice and used the chairs and umbrella daily. Great getaway. Short drive to historic downtown Apalachicola with many shops and dining choices. We will be back with more guests."

"This property was great for a family friendly spring break! Communication was quick and easy with the hosts, check-in was super easy, and the property was very clean. I chose this property because of the beachfront access and it did not disappoint. It’s within a short walking distance to lighthouse park, which my 7-year old absolutely loved. We also walked to the espresso shop every morning, BJ’s for pizza, the ice cream shop, beach store and candy store. Absolutely everything was within walking distance, even the cute Piggly Wiggly store for groceries. We will absolutely return and highly recommend this property!"

"The house was very cute and clean. We have stayed in several VRBO places and this is one I would stay in again. There were some technical issues with communication on the VRBO end but once we figured it out, communication was not an issue. Literally NO issues with the house at all. The bed in the main bedroom was a little soft for us, but we do like a firm mattress. The location cannot be beat and the views are amazing. We can't wait to come back to The Boardwalk. "
