Host did not clearly communicate with me when I asked several questions about their unit, dodged many questions, and didn't give me any check in instructions. Finally after many back and forth with Vrbo and trying to reach the host, I checked out the unit. Unit had many issues like AC not working, and a cockroach infestation. Cleanliness of the unit was not acceptable. Even though the host said everything was working and clean beforehand,...

"I had a very easy and smooth experience, and the management team was very prompt and communication was great!"

"I would advise making guests’ stay a little more inviting. There were no wash rags for the shower only large and small towels. The cable was not accessible as there are multiple units, 3 remotes and only two outlets for the 3 cords (I never figured it out and just watched TV on my computer). I also have never stayed in a VRBO that did not provide coffee."
