I love staying at a place like this. Everything I needed was there, and it was clean and comfortable. The large porch is nice for relaxing and enjoying the breeze. Sunsets are amazing, and the property manager is the best!
During my recent trip to Grenada for a CARIBEAN Track & Field Championship, I stayed at Harbour View 473 and it exceeded all my expectations. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the view was stunning.
As I had to leave early and return late in the evening due to the event, Jane, the property manager, was always there to greet me in the morning and ask about my day upon my return.
Moreover, I needed assistance with transportation, and Jane went above and beyond to arrange a driver for hire to pick me up from the airport and take me to and from the stadium daily.
I was so pleased with my stay that I am already planning to return to Grenada for a vacation and explore the island. And, without a doubt, I will choose to stay again at Harbour View 473.
Jane was very welcoming as a host. She was gracious and accommodating about some scheduling issues I was having which created a great sense of ease.
The space was clean, and fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. It is in a prime location, with great views of the town. Jane is knowledgeable about the island, so she is the perfect person to discuss ideas with for places to see or things to do while in Grenada.
Jane was able to provide viable options for transportation to get around, and even arranged for a taxi to take me back to the airport after the last day of my stay. Additionally, Jane was always prompt with communication.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with my stay, and I always felt like I was in good hands with Jane as my host. I give my highest recommendation for anybody that wants a 5 star experience while staying in Grenada.

Jane the property owner was outstanding! She was there to answer any questions we needed and helped us getting around our first night after plane got delayed had to check in at night time. Thank you Jane we appreciate you. We will be back :)
We had a wonderful time at this accommodation. Close to St. George's and great beaches. Jane helped out upon our arrival when our car reservation fell through and found us another vehicle at a cheaper rate that we had previously arranged. She arranged pick up from the airport to her place and took us to get a few groceries and take-out food as we had arrived late. The kitchen was well stocked with most items necessary for cooking meals and there were several complementary items greeting us upon arrival. The road close by can be a bit noisy at times, but closing the windows and using the bedroom a/c muted the any late night horns and music. Definitely recommend Jane and her place.
Jane ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, fröhlich, entspannt und im Tourismus auf Grenada engagiert und bekannt. Sie hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns nahezu täglich mit Informationen versorgt und war dabei sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch Touren und Taxifahrer konnte sie bei Bedarf vermitteln. Man merkt, dass ihr der Kontakt zu den Gästen viel Freude begleitet.
Die Zimmer waren mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet, besonders die Küche.
Wer Wert auf eine vertrauensvolle Gastgeberin legt, unbedingt hier buchen. Es hat sich sehr gelohnt und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt =)))
Einige Geräte sind nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand, aber trotzdem voll funktionsfähig, schnell heißes Duschwasser, die Waschmaschine ist aber nicht so effizient.
Die Gastgeberin gleicht diese kleinen Mängel aber mehr als aus.
Moderne Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und Laken zum zudecken in unterschiedlichen Dicken, die aber vollkommen ausreichen, es ist warm in der Nacht.
The unit is located on a hill which overlook the city. It was nice opening the side door and catching the sun going down with all the different hues.
Would definitely rent unit again when visiting Grenada. The unit had all the appliances one needed to make for a cozy stay.
I liked the property owner who was very helpful. All of the facilities were excellent, including the washing machine, AC and everything in the kitchen.
It is a bit noisy during the day (traffic) but the important thing is that it is very quiet at night.
Host - JW got the balance of hosting and friendliness just right. Her approach is warm and welcoming from the get go; puts her guess at ease, no awkwardness. Considerate and very approachable.
Accommodation - very secure, accurate description of facilities - any concerns were address immediately. Ample change of linen, bath towels etc. Laundry facilites, clothes line provided - toiletries, plasters etc.
Kitchen- definately home from home. Good selection cooking utensils, disposable plates/cutlery (picnics. Washing up liquid/cleaning materials provided (this is an excellent idea ). A good selection of beverages, cerals for breakfast etc- (extras at no additional cost).
Location was also a plus for me - easy reach to transport links - on a main road but I like hustle and bustle - I would definatey stay here again.
