"Renee was very nice, and easy to deal with. Instructions on how to access the cabin and lock it back up again was easy to follow. Everything was nice and clean, and orderly. The only hiccup was that I/we thought we were getting a 3 bedroom cabin but we did not have access to the 3rd bedroom so one person had to sleep on the couch in the living room. I'm very sorry for the chain on the light/fan in the living room breaking but my friend didn't realize that the switch for it was on the wall next to the 3rd bedroom and when she pulled on it, it broke. Location wise it was about 10 minutes from the Summer Winds Music Festival that we were attending so that was great. The shower had an iron smell to it which I don't know if that was strictly from the water or if something might be rusting in there."
"Overall the property was incredible value for money. Cleanliness could have been a bit better and third bedroom is in fact a sunroom with no blinds. Futon bed in that area wasn’t the most comfortable. The spa building was a gem and obviously the key piece to the rental property.Owner was very receptive to feedback and communication and very quick to respond.I would stay again!"
"The bathroom was new, good price. Air conditioning way too loud (it kept me up at night and made it hard to talk). Nice staff and nice restaurant but limited hours just like everywhere in Lac du bonnet."
"We had a wonderful time on this cabin property for a family getaway. The beach/water area was fantastic. Nice and clean with lots of beach toys for the kids to use. The outside setup was great. As for the cabins, they were more rundown than you could see in the photos. They could also use a good deep clean. Two cabins didn't have A/C, so it was a bit tough in this heat for the families that stayed in those. The big deck close to the beach was great. We could make meals on the BBQ while still keeping an eye on the kids who were having a blast in the water. Also, being able to have all the different options of watercraft was such a big hit for us. It's a great location and beautiful place to spend outside, but the cabins could use some upgrades."
Luxury Cabin on the Creek, with sauna, in Lac Du Bonnet, Manitoba (sleeps 8)
10/10 Excellent
"Our family had a great week at Creekside. The house is spacious, beautiful, spotless, and very well equipped. There was plenty to do inside and out, and although there is no beach, the paddleboard and kayaks were well used and our both of our grandsons caught a fish off the dock, which kept them fishing all week. Our granddaughters loved reading in the swinging rope chair. We enjoyed two firesides, indoor and indoor games, the putting green and karaoke machine. The adults enjoyed the sauna every evening. Having lots to do and places to sit kept everyone happily occupied. Our host, Lana, was very good about checking in and answering questions and offered suggestions about things to do the area."
"We recently went on a golf trip to pinawa and lac du bonnet and 7 of us stayed there. This cabin served us perfectly and I highly recommend. Charlene was great with communication and the hot tub was a great touch after a day of golfing"
