Great house and property! Great to be able to rent the pontoon boat for the week, and to have kayaks, paddleboard, etc. available. So many eagles! Easy driving to St. Germain, Eagle River and Minoqua. We highly recommend.

Perfect place for winter ice fishing retreat

The house was clean with lots of amenities and comfortably slept all 7 of us. Easy access to lost lake boat launch and other area lakes. Definitely one of the top places we’ve stayed on our annual ice fishing outing.

Great Northwoods Stay

The house was great. It had enough room for 2 families. The kids loved all the water activities at the house and the boat we rented from the owners was amazing! The location was great as well- close to towns but out of the way as well. Would definitely recommend!

Great new house - very clean with everything you need for a week up north. We loved the layout, skylights and big windows that allowed for lots of natural light in the main area, well stocked kitchen, big comfy sectional to fit all 6 of us for a movie night, fire pit that was easy to access and had an amazing view of the lake and onsite pontoon. We have stayed 4 summers up in St Germain and this was our favorite house. Lost lake was very quiet in the mornings, perfect to paddle board or kayak ( both come with the house) but the afternoons had some boat traffic which made for more fun when we rented jet skis for a few days. Owners were always very responsive. Highly recommend

Lovely Stay Up North!

We had a wonderful stay at Lost Lake this past weekend. The house is absolutely perfect -- the view is stunning; literally, the house has everything you need. My family of 6 fit comfortably! The owners are kind and easily accessible. We VERY much hope to return to this property; you won't be disappointed! We've stayed in a wide variety of places up north and this home, for sure, tops the list.

New Modern Lake House

Thank you! Our family of 7 (3 adults, 4 kids) enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The new house was clean, comfortable, and had all the new amenities inside beyond what you expect of a lake house. The dock, lake porch, and fire pit outside were wonderful along with all the lake toys.

Perfect getaway!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. We have rented many cabins on Lost Lake and this has been our favorite. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bunk room was a big hit with our kids. The cabin was well stocked. There wasn’t anything that we felt was missing. There were even plenty of games supplied, which was helpful during one of our stormy nights. Would love to visit again in the future.

Northwoods Retreat

The property was incredible! There is a beautiful view of the lake. It was very peaceful. We brought our own boat and fished a few days, it was wonderful to use their private pier. We enjoyed a fire at night, listening to the loons, owls, and coyotes. The house is just beautiful, they have everything you need. We all slept snug in our beds, they were super comfortable. It was a short stay, we wished we had more time. We will stay again!

Great house in a central location

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is well kept up and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We especially liked the water filter in the refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable and had high quality linens. The layout was great with a wonderful view of the lake. They had a canoe, some kayaks and paddleboard for use. We saw a few bald eagles flying around. Also there was plenty of firewood available for nightly camp fires. This place desires the 5 star review. We would come back again but as it is priced so expensive, we likely will look for other options next summer.

Absolutely fantastic cabin, perfect for families.

We have stayed in many, many rentals throughout the United States for a number of years now. This cabin, by far, was the most equipped, clean, and family friendly cabin that we have stayed at. There was nothing that we needed that was not provided at the cabin. The communication with the owners was immediate and very friendly. Our family enjoyed every part of it inside and out. Additionally, we rented the pontoon boat, which was an excellent choice. Our kids and grandkids caught many fish off the dock. We enjoyed the water activities and use of the watercraft that the cabin provided. The area was private and safe. The town of St. Germain is cute and not over touristy. We had one rainy day, which we spent in town at Cathy’s ice cream and at Elmer’s fun which included go karting and horseback riding.

Annual Guys fishing trip

We have an annual guys fishing trip we take every year in northern Wisconsin. This place fit the bill and then some. Very clean and had a nice up north feel to it but modern. The fishing was terrible but that happens when the weather turns. Towels provided were nice and the gas grill had an extra tank which we ended up needing. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Only downside we could possibly think of would be to have a few more streaming selections on the tv. Couldn’t get some of the sports. Overall would definitely rent again. Great place you have there. We would rent again without a doubt.

Great Family Getaway with One FYI

Overall very impressed, everything as advertised and had excellent communications with the owner and would stay again. One note for families with small children/infants: There is no gear provided- bring high chair, baby gate, pack n play etc. the dining chairs are higher and low backed so booster seats don't work. Also no bathtub. Just mentioned so you know. The sand beach was a huge hit for our 4-year old and the entire family enjoyed the water toys and the deck overlooking the lake as well as the firepit (which also overlooks the lake). Genius use of space both inside and out. Lovely finishes throughout cottage. Must try pancakes at Wolf Pack Cafe!
