Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Vermillion by IHG
8/10 Good
"Staff was amazing. Check in/out was a breeze. Breakfast was good.
The room was fine...with the exception of everything covered in a layer of dust. The people who had stayed before us had scribbled in the dust of the chairs at the table and the coffee table had lines drawn in it."
"Had a great stay, staff were friendly and very helpful. Facilities were good, rooms comfortable. Breakfast was varied and filling. Would stay there again any time."
"Room was clean and orderly. This was a quick overnight stop on our way home from the Black Hills, SD back to Omaha. We arrived late due to mitigating circumstances and the time zone change but I called ahead of time and the lady who answered was friendly and understanding.
I partook of the much needed mini fridge and ice machine to refresh the perishable food we had packed along for the trip. My son was exhausted and right after he brushed his teeth he collapsed in bed and slept great. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, the tub drain just had a bit of trouble staying up the water pooled up until I fiddled with it and got it to stay up.
Bed was sufficiently firm with tons of pillows and I had a very restful sleep. Breakfast bar in the morning was pretty good, but I would have liked some fresher fruit and perhaps orange juice instead of apple juice. My son and I liked the Belgian waffles and of course I greatly appreciated the coffee bar."
