"Simply amazing. Really great customer service from the beginning of check in. It’s in walking distance to everything. I had the best nights sleep ever. The hostess for the Restaurant Yelena was above A plus. She needs to be given an award for her customer service skills and attention to detail. When I come back to visit I am definitely going to be looking for her. Hands down, she took such great care of my sister and I. People need to remember that you never know what a person is going through in their life and just a simple kind jester can mean the world. Her smile warmed my heart. I had been on the road from Colorado to Vancouver helping a friend move and also having to attend a funeral of another friend who lived in Vancouver. Earlier before this trip I had lost my job due to being a federal worker and lost my home. But I am using this time to help friends and family who are struggling as well. Yelena’s friendly smile and the way she took care of my meals was all I needed to feel human and seen. Thank you. People like her gives me hope and purpose. "

"We had a wonderful stay. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very roomy and accommodating with a fridge and microwave. The complimentary drinks in the evening and breakfast the next morning was great!"

"We are four senior women driving from a concert in Ridgefield WA an hours drive away after midnight. Our instructions to get there were vague. We called to say we were lost and weren't going to make the 1:30 check-in. They not only helped us get there but assured us they would accommodate us. They gave us a late check out the following day no charge and would have allowed us to use the hot tub if we wanted. Our room accommodated the four of us perfectly and was quite large so we were happy! Breakfast was good also "
