Excellent hotel and staff we where visiting for our 40th wedding anniversary as we had honeymooned on the island. We have visited on many occasions but our first visit to this hotel and would definitely recommend. Excellent position for the Battle of the Flowers parade.

Lovely hotel in a great situation directly on the main coast road but quiet at night. Wonderful breakfast choice, friendly staff, really great food in the Tassili restaurant, very clean throughout. Good lighting in the bathroom with magnifying mirror, always good. Comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe/drawer space for clothes, also really great to have a movable mirror in the bedroom along with big mirrors in the wardrobes.

Breakfast menu was extensive and very good. Can order from menu or is self service from buffet - the items in the buffet did not change over the 4 days we were there though. Staff were flriendly and helpful. The little fresh smoothies seem to run out very quickly and they don't replenish them - it would be nice if they did!

The staff were so helpful throughout our stay. The bedroom was lovely and the breakfast choice was unbelievable. We used the pool and saunas every day and they were never too busy.The location of the hotel was great right outside a bus stop which allowed us to travel around the island. We would have no hesitation if visiting jersey again to stay at the grand jersey

Fabulous welcoming and friendly staff. They really are exceptional. Great location right on the beach and facing the castle. Very clean. The food in the champagne bar was very good too. All in all a great choice, we will return.

Had a great stay here! I was given a room upgrade on arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The staff are exceptional and very helpful.The breakfast had a lot of choice and an al a carte menu to choose from. The spa area was also nice. I would stay here again.

The location, facilities, friendliness and kindness of the staff made this a wonderful stay. The room we had was overlooking the bay and was wonderful, well maintained and clean. Breakfast was superb with a varied range of hot and cold produce with self service and also offered menu specials. Our only negative was a really poor meal in the outside bar area. This was advertised as a Paella night but having waited over 30 mins at our table and finally ordered, the meal was eventually served and this was dry and tasteless. The prawns were dirty and squid not soft, but hard and dried. This was not a good advert on our first night and ate out at local restaurants for dinner after this. This was the only disappointment of our stay and mentioned this during checkout and they did not seem too concerned. This is a lovely hotel and the staff are fantastic, we would return but unfortunately not have dinner here.

Excellent stay, worthy of 5 stars based on experience of staff alone. Breakfast options & taste were quite possibly the best we've experienced. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff & they were all very polite & engaging. Particular mention goes to Dira from Indonesia who was exceptional. The only criticism to share is that the outside of the hotel looks a bit neglected, paint peeling & we noticed some roof tiles were loose. Inside is amazing but first impressions outside could put some prospective hotel guests off staying
