Bayview, not only beautifully decorated inside with a Great Lakes theme, it is comfortable and safe for families and solo travelers alike. Bayview is an upper unit condo. Amenities inside include, a full kitchen, bedding, bath towels, TV, A/C and WiFi. Also, infant travel items are provided. Outside amenities include side deck, picnic table and fire pit. Beautiful gardens adorn the property with bright seasonal flowers and whimsical garden art. Enjoy watching butterflies and hummingbirds flutter from one flower to the next. A breathtaking sunrise from the side deck or the Lake Huron beach is a must. A family picnic along with an evening fire will surley create life long memories. Be sure to watch the beautiful fireworks from downtown St Ignace right on the grounds of Bayview every Saturday from July 4th through Labor Day. . Take a stroll along the shore of Lake Huron treasure hunting while watching the ferries travel to and from Mackinac Island. Open the windows to smell and feel the refreshing breeze and listen to the seagulls calling. Ample yard space for kids and adults alike to enjoy outdoor games. Bayview is located on a quite street, within walking distance to town, including many shops, restaurants and the ferries. Convenient, off street parking is available. Use Bayview as your vacation home base to venture to many beautiful sites in the U.P.

Upstairs unit with wonderful views of the lake and picturesque sunrises. Right on the water so very peaceful. Dan and Deb are wonderful hosts and make you feel like family! Definitely would recommend staying here!

We loved staying here! The gardens are gorgeous! It is close to the docks, an easy bike ride to the ferry. The view was amazing and the owners are so kind and generous! It was the perfect size for our family of 4.

Great getaway on Lake Huron.

The owners were so sweet and welcoming and wanted us to enjoy our stay. It was close to a large grocery store and close to docks to take ferry boat to Mackinac Island. Very clean and well stocked with amenities for making dinner and breakfast.

Clean rental with really cute beach decor. Lots of amenities available in the rental. The owners have thought of everything you may need during your stay and it is all readily available. Right on the beach and a short walk to town. The owners are onsite and very friendly. This really was the perfect place to stay for our family. We would highly recommend this rental!

Simply Amazing

I cannot say enough great things about the stay. The place itself was beautiful and had an amazing view of the water and Makinac Island. It’s close to everything you need if you want to go explore the UP. But most of all, the hosts could not have been nicer people. You could tell the care they have for the people that stay. I cannot recommend this place enough, and can’t wait to rebook it myself.

The view from the living room is breathtaking, and the private shoreline is really nice. 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room. For the price I'll never stay in a hotel in the area again.

Enchanted Property - We loved it!

This property was one of my favorites that I have ever stayed at. The property had amazing views of Lake Huron & was surrounded by a beautiful enchanted garden! The living space was filled with thoughtful, artistic touches and was SO CLEAN - we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The best thing about this property, however were our hosts, Deb & Dan - they are wonderful people and made our stay very special. I highly recommend this property!

The hosts were so welcoming and that made us feel so comfortable! My kids walked the beach with Deb and looked for rocks and learned about things in the area. They also loved the portable fairy garden! The views are so beautiful, the property really makes you feel cozy at home. We will definitely be back and share this with our family and friends!

Perfect!

Bayview was perfect for a girls getaway. We were on the water, and the view was spectacular. The place had everything we needed and was located in a quiet neighborhood. The owners live in the unit below and couldn’t have been nicer. They had a large yard, and in the evening we would go out and watch the sun set and the moon rise. During these times, we visited with Deb and Dan and played with one of their dogs. I would definitely recommend and cannot wait to return.

This was a fantastic property. We really enjoyed our time. The view was spectacular. And no amount of pictures will ever do that sunrise justice. We loved how well decorated the area was. There has been a lot of love and devotion put into this place, and it shows. Meeting the owners was very special for us, and they were very kind and accommodating anytime we reached out to them. Saint Ignace is very close to walk to the shops and restaurants and we really enjoyed the weather, it was beautiful timing. We highly recommend this property, we want to come back again.

Clean, clean, clean! Wonderful view!

We really enjoyed this property. We planned a trip for Mackinac Island and looked for a rental that was close (rather than staying on the island). It turned out to be an excellent choice. The property was very clean and comfortable. The view of the lake from the living room is excellent. You can also walk down the edge of the lake at the bottom of the property. We drove north one day to see the falls and spent the next day on the island. Ferries to the island are a mile away from the property and rides take about 20 minutes each way. Communication from property managers was clear and accessing the property was easy. It was a great experience all the way around. We highly recommend this property.

My wife and I booked this property for our anniversary trip. The property was as described. It was clean and well maintained. Even chatted with the owners that live on the lower level of the unit. They are super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place to others, and would stay here again for future visits. If I was going to say anything negative it would be the lack of head space in the bathroom and spare bedroom as the roof of the home makes headroom on that side of the house quite low. I'm 6'2" and it made it not ideal. Otherwise a great place!!

Mini on the Mack Car Rally

My husband and I came to participate in the Mini on the Mack event. This property is stupendous! So close to town and the most breath-taking views of the water. Owners live downstairs we were upstairs. (Private entrance) Plenty of room for two couples or a small family. The rooms and deco were very clean and quaint. Slept like the dead in the master bedroom. Bed very comfy. The yard would be wonderful for kids to play. We enjoyed a lovely evening with the owners, Deb and Dan, watching the sun set. There are many restaurants close by (the white fish is fantastic here!) and a grocery store about a mile away. We would come again to the area just to visit Deb and Dan even if their place wasn't available! Great vacation area. Plenty of uncrowded beaches and boating options nearby. All around a great choice. If you have mobility issues, this may not be the best option for you as the unit is upstairs. If you are extremely tall, the shower has a sloping roofline. Didn't bother us at all but if you are over 6 feet you may need to stoop. All around a great choice for a vacation. Come for a weekend, you will want to stay for a month!
