The double fronted first floor apartment is beautifully fitted through out and has excellent sea views from the master bedroom , lounge and kitchen. Away from the noise of summer crowds, the flat is a stones throw from St. Ives beaches and shops. Situated just behind the Tate Gallery, there is a direct path to the famous surfing beach that takes just three minutes from Ocean Breezes. A dedicated garage space is included nearby.
Turn right from the flat for a choice of routes to the many art galleries, restaurants and shops in the historic fishing port, a few minutes stroll. There are two other calmer, beaches within easy walking distance. Porthminster and Porthgwiden boast beach side cafes and restaurants with superb views and menus.
The main bedroom has a double bed and a generous en suite shower room. The second bedroom has a two single beds and there is a separate bathroom with hand held shower. Both rooms have hot towel rails. There are two toilets in the apartment. The lounge/diner and kitchen are set out in a sociable open plan. If you choose to cook the kitchen has everything you should need. Reliable wi-fi throughout the flat. Rated as Four star accommodation by the English Tourist Board.

A great place to stay for surfing and fun at the beaches of St Ives and close to all the lovely arty stuff too. Near to the harbour but just far enough away to be nice and quiet, with a view of the sea and sunsets in the evenings. The flat was clean, tidy, well equipped and the perfect size for a family of four.

Great place in the heart of St Ives with amazing views.
Stayed for a week and had a great trip.
For parking, do not use the car park app, use the web site and buy a roaving ticket if staying for a week or more. It is the same price as a week for a single car park but covers all over Cornwall for the same price.

We really loved our stay in this spacious apartment. It was our 9th vacation in Cornwall and the 3rd in St. Ives. This was clearly one of the best housings we had. I would recommend it to anybody.
The only drawback is that there is no direct parking available, but then again, if you do not plan to move your car, Barnoon parking is right opposite to it.

The flat
The photos don’t do the main living area or master bedroom justice . The flat is very clean and furnished with everything you will need. The bath is enormous and ensuite shower powerful with a continuous supply of hot water.
Location
A 2 min walk from Porthmeor beach, the Tate and Barbara Hepworth museum and under 5 mins to the shops makes the location perfect.
Parking
It’s true there is no allocated parking but the flat sits next to Baroon long stay car park and although very busy , most nights at least one empty slot becomes available. We went in May bank holiday half term so it was very very busy and on arrival could not get a space but by the evening one had become available - it really was the only draw back and was short lived.
On the last night we watched dolphins in the bay from the lounge window, I would definitely recommend staying here .We will definitely be returning..
The tea , coffee and milk in place on arrival was a bonus,

We had a great time away. The property is delightful. The decor was amazing - clean and homely. The house was in really close proximity to the town, harbour and the beach which was amazing. Our only comment is the hills which are challenge for anyone with mobility issues.
We would have no hesitations recommending this property for a beautiful holiday in St Ives.

A spacious, well equipped and really comfortable flat with amazing sea views. The location was fabulous - a short walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants of St Ives and several beaches close by. The wonderful cliff paths were just minutes away and we enjoyed walking and running them many times and were even lucky enough to see some seals on our last morning! We had a brilliant week staying in St Ives in this lovely flat with everything we needed on our doorstep and we hope to return some time soon.

A well appointed apartment.The photos do not do the apartment justice, it's much larger and wider throughout. The apartment is spotlessly clean and just a short (steep) walk away from Porthmeor beach.
Will definitely book to go again. would recommend getting a parking spot outside in the car park if you can.
Only thing missing would have been an airer for wet suits and beach gear! Please note there is a dryer within the washing machine for clothes.

As long as you’re happy with a steep walk, and a couple of flights of stairs at the end of the walk, you’ll love this place. We’ve stayed for two years running and you cannot beat the view without being right by the sea. The area is quiet, there’s a car park opposite and the flat is decked out in high quality fittings and furniture. Viv and David have been a pleasure to deal with. We’ll certainly be back again.

The flat was even better than we expected, light and spacious inside, very well equipped and with amazing views. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk down the steps to the beach. It was perfect for a family holiday with two children, everything we needed and more was there. It's a flat, so you can sometimes hear the neighbours if they play music etc in the evening, and this happened a few nights during our stay, but wasn't too much of an issue. Getting a parking space was a bit of a challenge on the first day (the garage was too small for our car), but once this was sorted we had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The property is in a great location, overlooking Porthmor beach and 2 min walk to Fore St. Close enough to fetch fresh pastries and coffee for breakfast each day. The living/kitchen area is larger than it looks on the photos which is always a bonus.
My children loved the old school videos as they had never seen them😆
