Our main issues, and why this isn’t a 5 star rating, were that multiple lighting fixtures weren’t working and there was an entire bed missing. The ad mentions “1 queen, 1 double, 4 twin’ beds however there’s really 1 queen and 4 twins. This could have caused a big problem if our group was just a bit larger. The ad should be changed to reflect the accurate information...

"My family and I had wonderful stay at the "Cool House." The host were great and responded in a timely manner. We were down in L.I. for my sons baseball tournament and it was perfect located 20 minutes away from Lasorda Legacy park. It was great to wake up in the morning and see the bay from the deck. House was clean and had all the amenities."

"Property owner privately messaged me a long list of unreasonable policies not listed on vrbo and claimed guests must follow them. He or his staff hold the right to enter the property for weekly maintenance during your stay so please let him in. He also wants a copy of all guests government IDs. No other person allow in the property. Specifically no gathering at all. He holds the right to ask you to leave without refund if he finds something broken. You might be asked for credit card or cash...
