The resort is lovely and convenient to the airport. The staff (everyone) are very friendly and accommodating. We booked an Ocean Front Junior Suite and we could not have asked for anything more. The hotel has restaurants on sight and there are many close by. We also enjoyed spending the day at Prickly Pear Island. We were very happy with our stay!

My partner and I spent four days at Hodges Resort in an oceanfront suite, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room was beautifully designed, and the resort itself is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. The only drawback during our stay was the occasional lack of hot water. We reported the issue to the front desk, and while it was eventually resolved, it took several hours—unfortunately, this meant we couldn’t shower that evening. That said, the hotel staff truly went above and beyond . Every team member we encountered was incredibly warm, personable, and welcoming, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

I went with some friends to stay at this resort and it was a lovely experience overall. Pros: The scenery is beautiful. The private island is probably the best part. Cons: The service could be better, the staff are not as attentive as I would have liked for a resort this size and caliber. IMPORANT: I did get Scombroid food poisoning from the fish tacos on the first day, which is caused by fish that is not stored properly. I tried to notify the hotel after my stay and they did not respond.

This is an excellent property, better than in the pictures. We had a wonderful oceanfront unit. We stayed Dec 13-21, 2024, the week before Christmas. The landscaping and architectural design is outstanding. Would return.
