A hidden gem in Antigua. The staff were all so lovely and the resort itself was fantastic! It’s on the smaller side but for me that was a huge plus. it’s peaceful, but large enough to explore a bit, with a huge pool, bar, and 2 private beaches. I already want to go back!

Pro’s -Location of the property is easily accessible to nearby restaurants and entertainment -Beach front property -Professional and positive staff, very accommodating and helpful Con’s -The food was mid, lots of microwave items that did not taste fresh -No real buffet just pastries versus an actual buffet -The rooms can use an update, the bed, mattress, furniture overall and bathroom could use some upgrades -No ATM on premises With a few updates and overall renovations to this property it would make a huge difference

Room was clean and in a nice location on the resort. Resort is small with 1 bar and 1 restaurant. The outside of the buildings could use a good painting. All the staff was very friendly except for one waitress we have decided must have hated us for some reason and the lady that was supposed to do drink service around the pool never asked us if we would like a drink nor anyone else. We went back and forth to get our own. Food was good and I liked the table service over a buffet 100%. All in all for a quick stay I would return.

Unfortunately our stay at Ocean Point Resort in room 210 didn't meet our expectations. We arrived at 2:30pm and was told our check in was at 3pm which was fine. We didn't get checked in til 5pm. The room had several issues including leaking water from the AC, hot water problems and unsafe balcony door. There were 2 twin mattresses pushed together with a large lump in the middle. We also experienced poor customer service during parts of our stay and a double charge on our credit card at the Bush House gift shop, with the second charge appearing under Western Union. Some positives include Jessica at the resort restaurant. Thankfully the restaurant next door Mama Mia's provided us with great meals and customer service which we used for breakfast and dinner everyday. Antigua was beautiful unfortunately the overall resort experience was very disappointing. Itinerary #72072326933935 May 11th-15th.
