It is a very nicely appointed property in a great location. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities with coffee being provided and lots of kitchen dishes and pots and pans to cook a few meals with. Gordon replied back very promptly with any questions that I had and immediately helped with an extra request that I had made. It is great to be able to walk downtown and back.

I was very pleased with this rental. The listing and pictures are accurate. The home was spotlessly clean, and the the furniture and furnishings seem to be mostly new. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Having the split A/C was a nice feature, as well as ceiling fans in most rooms. The kitchen was quite well provisioned and had a number of things I don't usually see in rentals such as baking supplies. There is only one bathroom, but it's quite spacious with plenty of counter and drawer space for storage. It's on a cul-de-sac, so quiet, and lots of parking nearby in addition to the one off-street spot. All in all a great spot.
