"Took over 8 hours and 6 times talking to staff to get 3 towels. When my son opened the sofa bed a bunch of candy wrappers and garbage came out of them. I talked to 4 staff members even the cleaning supervisor came by and just dusted it off with her hand and I even talked to the manager on duty and no one came to clean our room. Very poor service. After many conversations with front desk the manager called and offered to clean it the night before we checked out of our 3 night stay. I do not recommend. I appreciate he gave us a small refund but totally not worth the hassle and stress when you are trying to go to the happiest place on earth. Also their transportation to the park wasn’t working and only gave you a one round trip to the park. The rest we had to cover. "
