"The staff was friendly and check in was easy. They even accommodated an early check in since we got in town earlier than planned. There was plenty of parking that was easy to get to and the hotel was located in a good spot but on a busy road. The room was clean but there was change found on the floor when we checked in. One of the mattresses had a stain on it but the other was good. The carpeting in the hallway and rooms had some very busy bold patterns but was in good shape. The bed was very comfortable and there was a fridge and microwave in the room. We couldn’t open our window because the screen had holes and was ripped out on the side. The lobby and breakfast area were nice, clean, and fairly updated. The elevator needs a major overhaul though. Breakfast was good and there was a great variety of options. Overall it was an ok stay and the room was worth what we paid for it."

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites St. Cloud by IHG

"The room was excellent! The staff treated you as if you were their family. The pool area was clean and always had clean towels. The grounds were very clean and pretty with lots of flowers. The exterior of the building was being painted when we were there so you can tell that upkeep is important to them. Breakfast options were great with pancake machines, egg and meat choices, oatmeal, Greek yogurt, fresh fruits, muffins, etc. Our room was tidied up during our second day and garbages dumped AND we had plenty of towels in our room from the get go. There were actually 4 towels in the room, not two like we usually have. Hallways and elevator areas were always clean. VERY NICE hotel. I’d stay here without question again."

"It was a place to stay for the night, however the staff was rude and their ad mentioned there was breakfast, but there was no breakfast."
Quiet, relaxing home on Lake Watab in beautiful St. Joseph, MN near SJU and CSB
10/10 Excellent
"If you have a family of five or less, this is a phenomenal spot for a an extended stay to hang out. Recharge and explore the surrounding area even better with lake access in the summer. host was great and respons. The only negative really is that it is not quite as open as the pictures make it seem. And parking, if you do not have a singular family, but instead multiple groups meeting up, is a problem. Clean family friendly and location is great and centraly located"
