This property was disappointing to say the least. Room was in a state of disrepair - but at least the A/C and TV worked. Beds were average, but the rest of the room was gross. The “guest laundry” machines were broken, ice machine inoperable, no coffee anywhere that I could find. Would not stay here again, nor any other Ameristay property.

Bed had seen better days. Was really dim. Lobby and room smelled. Towels were really worn, needed to be replaced, so did the sheets. No coffee in the room. Hardly any water pressure. The only good thing I can say about this place is it was quiet. I wish I spent the extra money for a better hotel. Cheap is not always better.

I was charged one hundred ninty five dollars and a 50 dollar deposit and I have a video of the room it was not worth the money all kinds of defects couldn't use outlets and it was very damaged room pool was not available

I have no complaints about the hotel itself. But the breakfast was not available and the lobby was locked at 9:00 a.m. There were no lights on in the eating area and they did not answer the buzzer or the phone.

The room had not been cleaned. Younger gentleman offered housekeeping to come clean or move us to a different room. Older man said "no". We could either have housekeeping come or we could leave. Will be spreading the word.

Loves truck stop nearby was handy. Sink faucet, toilet handle, bathroom door handle all loose. Free breakfast was banana and pastries. Expedia room charge as promised - then $25 added "for incidentals. All room items: toilet paper, tissue, soap, coffee creamer - cheapest value items. Bed bugs!

We chose this location because it advertised a gym on site. Evidently there has not been one there for about 5 years! Please update the listing. Breakfasts was also very disappointing, everything was stale.
