"The room was clean but checking in was unusual. They had sent a confirmation telling us about the two rooms booked but those rooms were not available. They offered to include breakfast twice although we were checking out earlier than the time breakfast started. We had to pay a city tax per room at check out. "

"It took 3 room changes to get us into a semi comfortable room. I had booked and paid more Money to get a queen room with a sofa. The first room had 2 beds and no sofa. The 2nd room AC didn’t work. 3rd room has no sofa, no telephone to call for help and promised kettle for Coffee and tea. We were not Provided with the password for WiFi. It is ridiculous that we have to go downstairs every time we have a problem."

"This hotel designed for the people who need to stay 1 night between train schedule or flight schedule. May be for this who does not have money at all, VERY BED UNSAFE AND DEPRESSING LOCATION. Very uncomfortable dining room, not serving vegetables at all. Not enough eggs and serial if you are coming 2 hours later and no body care that you pay price for the food that they do not have in the proper quantity. DEFINITELY THIS HOTEL NOT FOR THE TRAVELERS. I have been rubt by gypsies. This is the quality of hotel location. I talk to the taxi drivers, locals and all of them told me that hotel location in the not safe area. The hotel should disclosed this information. See pictures attached. My room has 1 broken lamp and they was not able to fix because handyman working only 3 day a week and it was not the day I stayed. No plugs for phone near bed only on opposite wall. No shelfs for cosmetic in the shower. No any shelfs for closing."
