"It was a long day of traveling and I was initially bummed that there wasn't a window in the apartment and I couldn't find the hairdryer and there wasn't shampoo.... "The stay was very enjoyable. Staff were extremely helpful especially Manwel, Chakana, Ria and all the wonderful breakfast staff. Facilities were great. The only negative was the very early morning construction work which began at 7am. We weren’t aware of this when booking. A lovely touch was the birthday surprise from the staff. We will definitely return to Hotel Juliani!"
