"It was a long day of traveling and I was initially bummed that there wasn't a window in the apartment and I couldn't find the hairdryer and there wasn't shampoo.... LOL , it felt tragic, AND after a few deep breaths, I regained my composure and really enjoyed this apartment. The cave-like bedroom is actually a lot like mine, which is great for sleep. "Toilets didn’t flush for a few hours. Phones weren’t working in the room. Asked front desk to order taxi for certain times. Once they totally forgot so got late for our boat ride. Other times taxis showed up late. Asked staff for 4 towels for the pool, staff said only one available when there were lots of towels stored on display."

"The location of the hotel away from the hustle and bustle of St Julians is exactly what I needed. The Seaview from my balcony was stunning! The staff were very warm and welcoming and when I had an issue with my bathroom lighting it was resolved very quickly! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to families and friends."

"We had a very pleasant stay at St. Verdi Marina Bay. The pool and overall facilities were well maintained, and the hotel’s location was excellent, staff was amazing. There were also a variety of nearby halal dining options as well as shopping malls, which made the stay particularly convenient for our family. The main drawback was the cleanliness of the room. It appeared that the floors had not been thoroughly swept or brushed prior to mopping, as there was still visible dirt beneath the bed and along the edges of the walls. Aside from this issue, the rest of the experience was very positive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With improved attention to housekeeping standards, the hotel would offer an excellent overall experience."

"The stay was very enjoyable. Staff were extremely helpful especially Manwel, Chakana, Ria and all the wonderful breakfast staff. Facilities were great. The only negative was the very early morning construction work which began at 7am. We weren’t aware of this when booking. A lovely touch was the birthday surprise from the staff. We will definitely return to Hotel Juliani!"
