Construction work next to hotel. No notice from check in staff. Extremely loud leaving us unable to relax and enjoy the room. Mattress is hard and pillows very soft.

Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Baustelle neben an, deswegen schon morgens laut gewesen. Keine Rezeption im Hotel, diese befindet sich im Gebäude auf der anderen Straßenseite. So auch der Speisesaal.

Excellent location, within walking distance to local shops and dining options. It was a spacious room with a good sized bed, excellent air conditioning which cooled the room fast, with complimentary coffee (machine). We cannot comment on the pool, and we cannot comment on the morning breakfast, as we did not use those facilities. The staff were all unbelievably helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel gets top marks from us.

After a cancellation on another trip we booked this getaway last minute. The hotel is very well located with lots of great bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. Upon arrival the check in process was very friendly and efficient with front desk giving us tips on the surrounding area The hotel is relatively new and this can be seen from the modern decor around the hotel and our room. Suitably spacious with plenty of storage space. The room was cleaned regulalrly. We had breakfast included and this was hot and cold buffet style. All prepared to a good standard with plenty of choice. We would highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money. Friendly staff and a modern boutique presentation.

Good place for quick city trip.

Service is at another hotel on the same street. So the breakfast restaurant is. Room walls are thin so you can hear anyone in rooms around (water at shower, conversations, etc.). Silicone at shower was black from mould. Flooring is from ceramic tiles - cold af. Heating was working only at evenings. Mornings were freezing cold.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was really friendly and welcoming and they were really kind to upgrade me to a room with massive balcony. The room itself was a bit small but it’s fine for 1 person. The hotel is quite close to the bus station and there’s also a shopping mall and some restaurants nearby so it’s very easy to get around.

Lindo hotel, muy buena ubicación

Muy lindo hotel, moderno y cómodo. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de muchos restaurantes y bares, en una zona bastante céntrica y de fácil acceso. Lo unico malo es que no tenía muy buen aislamiento del ruido de las otras habitaciones.

Ho alloggiato presso questa struttura dal 7 al 11 Agosto... Struttura nuovissima e ben fornita, camera pulita. L' albergo da in dotazione pure la macchina del caffè... Alla reception abbiamo conosciuto Sofia, una bellissima ragazza che sapeva parlare italiano e ci ha dato vari consigli su dove andare e passare le nostre vacanze. Che dire affidatevi a loro per le vostre vacanze.

Αξιοπρεπές κατάλυμμα.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή δίπλα στήν νυχτερινή ζωή αλλά σέ ένα σχετικά ήσυχο σημείο. Τό δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό κάθε μέρα άλλαζαν πετσέτες. Άνετο μπάνιο καί δωμάτιο, ευγενικό προσωπικό. Απλώς στο τσεκιν καί στο τσεκούρι πρέπει η διαδικασία νά γίνει ποίο γρήγορη ίσως με παραπάνω προσωπικό.

BUILDING SITE

Pretty annoyed by this hotel and this booking. We arrived and there is no bar. Then the next morning the building shook with the drilling next door. Breakfast was across the road so no chance of slipping down quickly. More drilling. I was there working so had to leave the hotel to be able to. Then we get bad news and we have to leave. The hotel will not refund us. So here is the review.

A bit messy management but no big deal

On the first night of our 9 nights' stay, there was no hot water in our room. We immediately contacted the front desk and we were told to wait for 15 mins when they were resetting the water system. We waited for 30 mins but there was still no hot water in our room. We requested a room change but we were told to keep waiting until the drama lasted for an hour until 10 pm that we finally got to move to another room. We didn't understand why the decision for a room change couldn't be made quickly because the hotel was just newly opened and was far from even half full and having the best customer satisfaction should be the highest priority esp. for a new hotel. Another issue is that when we checked out of the hotel, we were told that we hadn't pay for the city tax. Actually the hotel collected the city tax in cash only and never issued a receipt to us, so there was no record for who paid and who wasn't. Surely, the hotel management was a bit chaos. As for the room, it was clean and good size except that the water temperature was not stable and fluctuating between hot and cold during showers.
