"Newhaven is a spacious house with a lovely garden in a brilliant location in Porthleven. There is lots of room downstairs with a kitchen, separate dining room and living room. Upstairs two good sized bedrooms, plus a bunk room which is suitable for young children. The house could do with a bit of TLC but that is reflected in the price. "The house is really brilliantly located in the village close to the shops and cafes but also an easy walk to the coast and exploration of the historic tin mining area. We and our dogs enjoyed walks not having to go in the car, and the house provided everything we wanted to come back to. Comfy beds, sharp knives in the kitchen - everything very relaxing"

"A perfect base for us to explore the local area. Beautifully clean and well maintained throughout. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely relaxing outdoor space (complete with sneaky views of the sea). We made the most of the body boards in the shed - very useful! Perfectly located for 5ish minute walk to Carbis Bay beach and a walk or train to St Ives. Steep hills but the pain is over very quickly! I would highly recommend Little Coombe."

"We booked this property because it was located right on a holiday park with facilities. Accommodation & location was really lovely but the park was extremely disappointing, the swimming was so overbooked we didn’t bother a second time, appeared short staffed, drinks ran out at bar, restaurant was closed at peak times with no notice, when it was open the service was poor, entertainment very poor for a half term. "Our family enjoyed our one week holiday staying at this home! It was great location to all we wanted to see and do in Cornwall, as well as being a clean home with great features. We made use of the kitchen every morning and evening, cooking our own meals (and a table that fits 6!). Everything we needed for cooking was provided. "Everything about this cottage was good. Comfortable bed, bright living room with sea views, well fitted-out kitchen with washing machine - and all detached with garden, parking & good communication. The Sat-Nav took us right there, but had to park and locate on foot as the property is tucked away up a drive way - no big deal though! Beautiful coastal walks nearby."
