"Staff was friendly and the rooms were alright. Our toilet didn’t flush properly and there was no soap in the washrooms. Otherwise the hotel was clean. Everyone was very helpful and I’m glad we could store our luggage while we waited for check in. Beach was walking distance from hotel which was very convenient. And there were plenty of nearby restaurants."

"I chose this accommodation for it’s convenient location south of pebbles beach and Carlisle bay. The hotel’s beach was very relaxing with plenty of chairs and spacious pools. Just not so great service from the bartender at the pool bar. There were decent breakfast options from the buffet and it was nice to sit by the water and eat. The lobby and communal spaces were great, but my personal room had lots of wear and tear (I.e paint peeling from the bathroom ceiling). Overall, the hotel is “fine”, but with some upgrades and renovations to the individual rooms the experience could be “great”"
